Rockin’ A B Designs is unable to offer any exchanges, refunds or buyback options on overstock to any of our wholesale merchants. No order will be processed without a completed Tax Resale Certificate (pdf.) Please email completed forms to: firstname.lastname@example.org. If fax is necessary, please call 972-429-9245 to make arrangements between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

ROCKIN’ A B DESIGNS ships USPS, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery, depending on availability of in stock items. We try our best to keep an ongoing inventory. Keep in mind, our items are still handcrafted. Shipping and handling charges will be manually adjusted.
ROCKIN’ A B DESIGNS will do our best to protect a merchant within a 6 month re-order period, within a discretionary distance of a current merchant. A 6-month period of inactivity will result in an open market area. If you have a question or concern, please contact us before ordering.
ROCKIN’ A B DESIGNS will accept paypal or credit cards as payment.
Because we market, and represent, our own products through various road shows, merchants are required to have a store front. Merchants must request, in writing, permission to attend any shows with our merchandise. Should ROCKIN’ A B DESIGNS be denied any show as a result of a merchant competing against us with our product, your account will be immediately terminated.
